Lara Beise
Lara Beise brings to Dr. Nash's practice individualized healing sessions through the practice of Reiki and the stimulation of powerful acupressure points. Her work is based on the ancient Chinese proverb: "Tension is who you think you should be; relaxation is who you are." By releasing blockages in the energetic pathways known as meridians, the Chi/Ki/Prana/Life Force can return to its natural flow, leading to deep relaxation and healing on the physical, emotional and mental levels.
Lara completed over 1,000 hours of training in massage therapy, acupressure, anatomy and physiology, pathology, kinesiology, and reflexology at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy-Westport, where she also worked as assistant dean of students and as a teaching assistant for several acupressure classes. She is a Reiki-Master practitioner and is currently a student of the New York School of Homeopathy.
